Water quality

The Heritage Coast has three designated Bathing Beaches

• Seaham Hall
• Seaham
• Crimdon

Bathing water is sampled once a week during the bathing season, May to September.  The classifications for the 2023/2024 season are Seaham Hall (Sufficient), Seaham (Good) and Crimdon (Good).
